I’m Sid, the fitness enthusiast! I workout 5 times a week and have been for about 15 years now. Through trial and error i’ve built and rebuilt my body and along the way i’ve gained a passion for helping others reach their fitness goals too. I’ve always had a passion for the environment and its many gifts. I follow a very strict diet all throughout the year and have experiments with various natural supplements to assist me in reaching my goals.
